Our 3-day cashback promise
If you buy any Ivanshigo product and it is not the right fit, email learn@ivanshigo.com within 3 days (72 hours) of buying, with your order number. We will give you 100% of the amount you paid as Ivanshigo credit (cashback).
How your credit works
- The credit equals the full amount you paid for that order.
- You can use it on any current or future Ivanshigo product, including the product you just bought.
- We send it to you by email as a discount code. Enter the code at checkout.
- The credit is valid for 12 months from the day we issue it.
- Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but money leaves your account, or you are charged twice by mistake, the extra amount goes back to your original payment method through your payment provider. Email us with the details and we will help.
Cancellations
Our products are digital and are delivered right after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is delivered. The 3-day cashback promise above applies instead.
